I bought a mattress from mattress and couch express in 2011 that has a 7 year warrenty on it for my elderly parents who are way under the max weight for the mattress, today i faxed the tax invoice to the above mentioned shop, Michelle called me to informe me that the mattress has to be picked up by the factory who will repair it and it will take two weeks, i calmly asked her if there was an alternative solution and she told me that it was how they work. I asked her for her name and surname and the address for the shop because they moved, she blatently refused and bropped the phone in my ear, she then called me 25min later to inform me that the factory can pick it up the next day and she still cant give me their details as it is the factory's responsability, i lost my temper and told her i will take the matter further. WHERE DO THEY SUGGEST MY PARENTS SHOULD SLEEP FOR 2 WEEKS, it does not make any sense.
