I am getting frustrated at the constant delays

I purchased a mattress from the bed shop on Hendrik Potgieter about 3-4 weeks ago. I paid cash for this mattress, and was promised it would get delivered in 3 days. On the Friday my wife had to call The Bed Shop to find out where the mattress was, only to be told that it will only be delivered on Monday morning, please note that WE had to call YOU to get told its not being delivered. Monday comes around and guess what, NO MATTRESS!!! I then get told that a mattress MIGHT be available by Friday. I could not wait another week for the mattress, so we settled for a downgrade in mattress, and this got delivered by the Tuesday, again, nobody kept in touch with me, I had to constantly chase up with you guys. Now comes the part where I am even more frustrated. Due to the fact we paid in full cash for the previous mattress, the store now owes me the difference. I have been waiting 2 and a half weeks for somebody to refund me my money. Nobody gets back to me, and I am passed annoyed and irritated now. I keep getting told that? will look into it and get back to you sir" and guess what, NOBODY HAS CALLED ME OR REFUNDED ME YET!!! Sort this out ASAP!!
