I bought a king-size spinal care bed from the supplier at the Zambezi Mall in Pretoria. 3 years down the line I am requesting repairs on the bed but they require an invoice. This bed is custome-made by them which means there are no other shops that sell it. During this time I have moved twice and can't find the invoice. Now there are issues when I am requesting them to repair the bed. I went on Saturday 26 October to the mall and the shop is closed. So where else will I get proof that I bought the bed there. Is there not a central customer database that keeps record of all purchases? I am very unhappy about the response. They sent me an email to find out of I had any luck with finding the invoice when they know the shop has been closed/moved from the mall.
