Wrong product delivered

On saturday 2013-11-02 I was at CTM with my wife and bought tiles. among these tiles were ten mosaic tiles FTM00078. I then paid for the tiles as well as the delivery thereof. On monday 2013-11-04 the tiles were delivered. I discovered that the mosaic tiles were the wrong batch as it was FTM00077. My wife then contacted CTM, and informed them of the problem. She was told by a Mr Clint that the tiles we had bought were out of stock and that we were sent "the next best thing"... This was unacceptable as the mosaics did not suit the colour of the rest of the tiles. My wife explained this to Clint and he told her that CTM will only have the tiles we chose on thursday 2013-11-07, and that I then could return the tiles and collect the right ones. I did not accept this as we had already paid for delivery of the tiles, and took a day off work to collect delivery of the tiles. I had also hired a tiler for the week which I had to pay without having any work for him to do as I had the wrong tiles. I myself then contacted Clint and he then promised to rectify the problem on thursday 2013-11-07, having his driver collect the wrong tiles and bringing the correct ones.
