Joe the technician was sent to my house, he came to investigate the problem with my oven, an invoice for the call out fee was written out by Joe himself and I paid it on the day. Joe never called to confirm when he will come fit the thermostat in, when i called to inquire he insisted that i did not pay the call-out fee and cut the call immediately, i called the Whirlpool headquarters and they said that Joe is still waiting for the part, its been 3 weeks since Joe came for the first time. I am seriously disappointed with the service i have been provided with or let me say not been provided with.
