Late payment fee still not reversed

Following my previous complaint, the late payment fees are still not reversed on my account.

Also, I get calls to pay my account, R1450 (I've paid R1000) but only owes R3300. How can the payment due to be calculated on the purchases, even if it was returned? Shouldn't payment due be calculated on the true outstanding balance? is this with NCR rules???
