No Customer support, bad aftersales service

I contacted whirlpool customer service on 8th May 2013 regarding an instruction manual for a whirlpool oven. We purchased a new house and the oven was a whirlpool. I was unable to obtain a model number. the person at whirlpool assured me if I took some photos then she would assist in finding the right user manual for the oven.
I sent these photos through to her on the 8th May 2013 and again 3 times after that, no response. I cant use the oven because we dont know how to work it. So will have to replace it with another oven. NOT a whirlpool after this terrible customer service.
