I ordered products that would have been delivered on the 14 October. After I had to phone them 3 times and a person said they would phone me back within an hour and did not happen. No one could tell me what happened to my order or even why the waybill number can not be tracked.
I find it very unprofessional that no one can respond and give you feedback, even if it is that your order has been misplaced. I would rather now what is going on then to be in the dark
