We have now called the call centre numerous (10 plus times) and they have promised to fix our whirlpool oven now for more than a month. They keep on telling us someone will come out. And no one is coming. Just and more and empty promises. And every time we call we speak and explain to someone else the same problem. Our oven is still under guarantee but we aren't getting any help. Please help.
