On Saturday the 26th of October I bought a Samsung Pocket Galaxy and was told of a warranty which was 7day if the phone has any software problem within that period it would be replaced, I soon expirienced network problems abd contacted my service provider (Mtn) whom sent me settings for the phone and was told this should be fixed within 24hrs. seeing that this problem persist I took it to my nearest Edgars branch in Chris Hani Mali I was assisted but as the week went the problem re-occured finaly on Friday the 1st of November i went back to Edgards in East Gate to get this sorted but the phone was'nt even checked all I was told is to bring the boxes which I didnt have (obviously they were home) the shop assistance told me to come back before the following day because the waranty would be over by then... Here I'am now stuck with a phone that I have re start everytime I need to make a phone call.. Just hate the fact that now that they have my hard erned money no service/assistance is being given to myself.. Very Dissapointed customer - 011 579 6396 - [Email Removed]
