[URL Removed] canceled 1 of my items which were suppose to be in stock.
The item said 24h delivery.
I also ordered other items, which had longer delivery periods, but when these items came into stock, the "24h delivery" item was out of stock again. (Ridiculous).
I mean if I order an item, keep it out for me, don't double sell the item to other customers.
After 22 days [URL Removed] canceled the item. And Finally delivered the rest of my items.
After 3 phone calls and more than 2 weeks, I still have not received any refund for the canceled item.
Your staff says that they will call me back, but never do. One excuse were: everybody leaves early on Fridays, so she would not call me back until Monday.
In the mean time other items I were interested in went on special and off special again.
Shocking client service.
