UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE / DELIVERY SCHEDULING

I bought a fridge from GAME on the 4th of April @ GAME Vanderbijlpark. They could not delivery on the Thursday or Friday as they did not have stock. I was unavailable the Saturday to receive deliveries. The salesman arranged to deliver the fridge on Monday (8th) after 5pm.
I received a call on Monday at 14h21 and was told that the delivery will take place very soon and I must make sure that I am at home. I had to take personal leave from work for the 2 hours that I took off. After 15h30 I called the delivery guy and he said that they are just delivering 9 items in the Sasolburg area and they will be there after 6pm. THIS AFTER I ALREADY TOOK PERSONAL LEAVE from my company. The delivery finally took place after 20h00. I absolutely disgusted in the service from GAME deliveries department. I think this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If I knew this was the case intially I would have picked up the fridge myself and saved the R250 delivery fee!!!
