On the 22 nd I ordered a queen king coil bed which was on special and paid for it online. On Friday i got a call to say that there was no stock and they looking for a replacement. Yesterday I'm told I have to wait another 7 to 14 days for the supplier so I said no. Find a replacement or refund me. I received a call about an hour later to say they will send the base and a sealy mattress and they will call in the morning for delivery. I waited till 12 and started calling them. I got the run around and left messages. At 430 I called again only to be told that the online department closes at 4. Then at 7 I get a call from a driver saying he is on his way with my queen mattress and single base. I mean come on how stupid can your staff be. Don't bother trying to fix it just give me my money back. I have never met such a bunch of bungling buffoons in my life.

Ps I told the driver to fly a kite in a thunder storm
