I purchased a Canon MX714 4-in-1 device from Makro Woodmead on Monday, 28 January. The promo on Makro's website indicated that it included five additional free ink cartridges.

When I opened the box I only found five ink cartridges (those traditionally included as part of any inkjet printer) and not the additional five cartridges I was expecting.

I filled in a feedback form on Makro's website and was contact via email by Ndiimafhi. After explaining the situation via email, I was asked to forward my contact number urgently. Within a few minutes I received a phone call from Ndiimafhi, who then transferred me to John, the IT/office equipment manager, who explained that all ten cartridges were inside the box.

It turned out that the five additional cartridges were at the bottom of the box, but I hadn't found them yet as I had not unpacked the product fully.

I must say "well done" to Ndiimafhi and John for the efficient and professional manner in which my query was handled.
