Walked into your Raslouw branch and received great service from Manesh. Purchased a Serta Castor, extra serta base, mattress and pillow protectors and 2 sealy memory foam pillows. and arranged for delivery after 6:30pm as we work during the day. They arrive at about 11am when im at work. In the evening we called many times being told that the driver is 15min away, eventually at around 9:15PM, bed was delivered.they took no care in carrying the goods upstairs and dragged the bases against the edge of the stairs, damaging both bases.2nd delivery, they arrived during the day again, come back in the evening, deliver and leave, when we started opening the stuff, 1 base is wet and wood is wavy and stinks of dampness, mattress has dirt on it and has been repackaged and 2nd base came with 3 legs (doubled). Yesterday they come again at 6pm, knowing that we are only there at 6:30, 1 base has been repackaged and the mattress is squashed and tied to the van, i took pictures and sent the driver back. Now according to Serta, this mattress should be delivered flat, not upright as it affects the springs, secondly i paid for brand new stuff, why am i getting things that have been repackaged??? HIGHLY IRATE!!
