I was so existed for buying a new Sealy bed. The bed and base was delivered to my home while we were away on holiday on the 3rd of July 2013 - we were to return to a newly renovated bedroom and bed. On our return we were disappointed to see a dirty base (clearly a floor unit) and mattress which stitches were coming loose. I logged a complaint with Dial a bed horizon on Monday the 8th of July 2013, to be informed that they will investigate a exchange with the supplier.
The policy of no questions asked return within 7 days is a myth.
According to Dial a bed customer call centre the supplier must come out to my house to inspect the bed, they can not however advise me when Sealy will come.
The promise of I love my bed is still to be seen.
