You'd think that companies would be happy to assist clients in setting up debit orders for account payments. Not Edgars! (Or is it because I'm on the 6 months no interest plan and they actually WANT me to miss a payment so they can slap me with all kinds of additional costs???) One phone call to accounts, and two visits to stores (Centurion and Brooklyn) later, and nobody is able to help me set up a debit order. This is not rocket science! Accounts call centre claims it's not their responsibility, stores insist that the call centre should help, and nobody seems to have the right forms. Come on, in stead of boasting about your profits and hugely successful business model, start giving clients some service - after all, it's we who put you there!
