Purchased items at truworths on monday (8th april) as a gift. The item did not fit but - don't have the slip becuase it was a gift. Happy the manager refused to refund without a slip. I said that I can get a bank satement as proof. I logged a call with customer service ref-8808. No response. Truworths head office said there is nothing they can do only the area Manager can make a desission. The Manager said she did speak to the area Manager and he refused. I phones the area Managers nr. And he went to work and left his phone at home. I need arefund as the policy for returns are not deplayed in the store.
