Earlier in the year I bought my boyfriend A 100ml paco rabbane 1million cologne, he hadn't opened it then as he needed to finish his other cologne so the other day he opened it to use it and to our shock the "button" to push for the cologne to come out wont budge so I went back to the glen-Edgar's to ask them to either fix or replace the product they told me that because I no longer have the reciept they can't do anything and I should contact paco rabbane (how do I contact them???) I am highly disappointed 1st in the fact that the product didn't work and 2ndly because they didn't offer anything to apologize for the inconvienience. Today I had gone to the perfume and cologne section but was put off to buy paco rabbane in case the same thing happens again, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
