Warning Brides NOT to use boardmans for registry

To All brides out there,

Do not use Boardmans for your Gift registry for your wedding. Unfortunately for most of us we put their name on our invites only to discover the disaster once your invites are printed.

Issues you need to be concerned аbout:
*they are often offline (meaning you can't upload your products or print lists for your guests)
*they can never tell you when they will be online and it can sometimes take up to a week
*when you scan they don't upload all your products (some drop off, some are pending forever)
*when your products appear on the list or online there are no images and you cannot make out what the item is as the discriptions are poor (neither will your guests)
* Even if you chose a branded product ie Tefal - they name it a boardmans pan (without the brand) so your guests will NEVER get you the right thing.
* There is no email adress to contact the online team directly, you need to hold on the phone and they cut you off while holding.
* if you get hold of someone in the online team they don't have the authority to help you.

This was a terrible experience. I challenge the CEO of boardmans to recommend his registry to a loved one.
