I have written a compliant on Hello Peter before - they phoned me 3 times to ask if someone had helped me and then never phoned again. NOW on the first day of my honeymoon (and on the day before my wedding) I get a call at 7:20 (3 times) from the driver dropping off a gift asking me why I am not home- seriously!!! I phone the call center to complain any it's now 8:32 and they still have the same message on saying the open at 8. If you are a bride out there PLEASE NEVER USE BOARDMANS AS YOUR REGISTRY. SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING WRAPPED UP IN THEIR POOR SERVICE AND PATHETIC SYSTEM. This is the second HP complaint about the same thing and I've written about 11 email too. Hope the CEO of boardmans has a happy holiday! WILL NEVER SUPPORT BOARDMANS AGAIN!
