No help with online wedding registry

My fiance and I went to Boardmans to set up our wedding registry. We were told that their scanner wasn't working and that we would have to write down the code of each product by hand. This already created a bad impression.
I then registered for an online Edgars profile so that I can manage our Boardmans wedding registry online. However, I cannot log in because the website refuses to accept my user name and password combination. I clicked on "forgot password", and it asked me a security question, which I answered. The website says I answered wrong, which is impossible, because they asked "where were you born" and obviously I would not forget that. I would really like to log in urgently (only 20 days left before our wedding), so I requested that my password should be reset.
The e-mail I received looked like a standard reply, almost as if she had not read my message properly. She asked for my account number, which has nothing to do with logging into the registry - I don't even have an Edgars account. I clearly stated that I prefer to be contacted via e-mail and that this matter is urgent, but still no reply. It has been ten days already.
