I visited Boardmans in The Glen, Johannesburg this weekend to complete my wedding registry however I was treated so badly I could not even stay in the store. I walked in and asked to change some things on my registry as well as for the price of an appliance however the lady behind the counter very rudely informed me that I cannot adjust or complete my registry. I know that this is not the case and I am allowed to change my registry. I was totally put off by the attitude of the employee who somehow believes that it is not her job to assist customers. The employees of Boardmans- The Glen seriously need training on customer care and proper mannerisms! PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR
