I had a gift card after returning something to them. Eventually I go to purchase something and the balance says R0. They take my details and tell me they will inform me as to what happened. So The next week I call and all I am told is that they can't get hold of the division that needs to inform them what happened and they working on it. I try calling couple of times within the month and get a fax line. Eventually a month later I go there to find out and all that is said to me is... "o yes, I know about your query and the credit was done but it was not transferred onto the card and as soon as it is done we will call you", yet I have not up to that point received a call, and now a week later still not heard from them! Pathetic I would say, especially for a store in canal walk! Do I seriously have to go there again? I tried calling again but as usual get their fax tone!
