We opened a wedding registry with boardmans, 6 weeks later we are still waiting for online gifts to be delivered. Calls to the call centre are listened to and the operator time and time again takes my details but never gets back to me, emails are also ignored, both edcon and boardmans addresses. This online delivery service simply doesn't work. Worst of all we still do not know what gifts are outstanding and there is no way of gaining feedback!
