My fiance and i went about 3 weeks ago to the branch in The Glen Shopping Centre to set up our wedding gift registry. Firstly the shop did not have a scanner, so we had to pack everything into a trolley and take it to the computer to scan. After about 3 hours we were finished and saved everything.
It's now more than 3 weeks later and our wonderful wedding gift registry is still not showing. We have items on there. I phoned Mr Price Home customer services yesterday to query this. The guy I spoke to told me he will look into this and contact the branch. He took all my details to phone me when he has answers. I'm still waiting to here from him.
We decided to go to Boardmans and create a new registry as we have no registry to give our guests. This is totally unacceptable as the guy did not even have the decency to get back to me.
