To All brides out there,
Do not use Boardmans for your Gift registry for your wedding. Unfortunately for most of us we put their name on our invites only to discover the DISASTER once your invites are printed.
Issues you need to be concerned аbout:
*they are 99% of the time OFFLINE (meaning you can't upload your products or print lists for your guests)
*they can NEVER EVER tell you when they will be online and it can sometimes take up to a week or month
we went there last night SPENT 3 hours in shop because no one knows WHATS going on and I need to tell them you can do it manually... I DONT EVEN work for a company like that!!! Its common sense...
WELL AFTER spending the 3 hours picking stuff and put it all on a table the guy write down all the SKU numbers on peace of paper to put on system.. PHONE them today NO ONE can find my NAME, SURNAME or WEDDING date NOR ANY register... WHAT a WASTE of 3 hours!!!
PLEASEEEE SORT out the problem and UP YOUR GAME!!!
* There is no email adress to contact the online team directly, you need to hold on the phone and they cut you off while holding.
