After a good few calls between Furniture City (and African Bank) and myself, I called again on Wednesday, 30 October to query why my account is on a 48 month contract when I (upon purchasing) signed a 36 month contract. The ball is being passed around from Furniture City to African Bank and back again but nobody can give me an answer. I was told, by the manager of the Boksburg branch, that I would get feedback by close of business Wednesday. It is now Friday and still no response.
Since purchasing at Furniture City I have had nothing but bad service and no one seems to take accountability.
