To whom this actually may concern at furniture city, after 7 months of struggeling with furniture city Nelspruit branch their customer care service, I have been trying to get my goods out of furniture city the grove nelspruit for 7 months now with no sucess I keep receiving calls every second month from their customer care service agents asking if my goods have now all been delivered, and then no answer no reply again nothing for anotther two months, I have just about had it now with themi also spoke to my sales representative at nelspruit branch after notifying her due to me relocating to johannesburg a have lost my contract, and need a new copy of it she keeps refering me back to african bank which refers me back to her, and so it has been going on for seven months now, and to top it all off after being able to reach them on e-mail they now seem to only have customer care details to pass on, I am now wanting their head office to contact me please with a e-mail address for the for area manager of nelspruit so we may resolve all my problems with them before this turns very bad, I have been more then patient with them and resonible.it is illegal to with hold a client contract.
