Accounts deparment not explaining conract

I have had nothing but bad things to say about furniture city and I feel so bad but sometimes it's all you can do.
I called them to explain my contract and all they could tell me was that i need to call African Bank they would help me... So today I called African bank and they say no its the branches responsibility to explain the contract and all the costs involved... so who is at fault here when I tried to explain to the guy from FC he kept trying to talk over me so I eventually told me he is being rude and giving bad customer service and he shouted at me saying how can I say that... So I hung up the phone and not even a call back it's crazy... I should have given ALL the furniture back right from the start when I had the first problems.
