I am utterly disgusted at the service received in the past year from Furniture City and African Bank respectively! It seems that once you have signed the contract they just do not care to look after their clients and I have had enough needless to say.
I have sent email after email to the so called Consumer Advocate and needless to say not even a response from them. I have every reason in mind to report this further and nationwide at what terrible customer service my mother and I have received from these people - I am very very pd off! Can I get a response immediately or I will pursue a breach of contract case!
