I have bought the Billy Blank PT24/7 on the 24th of october and it was delivered to me on the 25th of October.
I have used the product 3 times and then the one resistanced bands (cardio Band) snapped. Surely this should be replaced or exchanged, but I can't get hold of anybody the number on the website is incorrect and no one is replying to the emails i have sent. Please can someone help me resolve his issue?
