SA Post Office
Registered parcel enters SA, but NOT delivered

Good day,

International air-mail parcel CO992622989RO was sent from Romania on 18 October 2013 and entered South Africa via air in Johannesburg on 21 October. This info has been captured on the Romanian Post Office system.

I have been checking the local SAPO website the ems website and phoned countless times the post office customer lines, 0860 111 502, 011 961 6006/7/8/9/10/11, mail sorting center at 011 96 16 000. When, if, anyone answers, they always say they can not find my parcel in their system. Although the parcel entered SA through Johannesburg International on the 21st of October 2013!!

Please help us track this parcel as the International Mail Centre said it is not in their system, although the parcel entered South Africa.
