Hi, I recieved a Adidas mens trainers almost 3 weeks ago for my Birthday, however the size was small, I contacted the Centurion branch where the item was purchased and was informed they did not have sizes 8/9, I then went to the Pretoria CBD branch on Church Street where a gentlemen assisted me, THey had sizes but not the same colour, he later that day SMS me saying he had order both sizes from Melrose Arch JHB, who seems to be the only other store with that item and size, 2 weeks on and I got no feedback, I contacted the call center and spoke to Resiloe, she contacted me last week-25/10/2013 informing me that my trainer will be delivered by Tuesday this week, no feedback since, I called again to the call centre had the call dropped twice, sopke to someone who now informs me that I must wait till next week Monday again becuase they are have a system problem for the past few weeks and they back logged with deliveries, Why is this my problem? I am typing this whilst on hold with the call centre Dineo for the past 15min, spoke to Steven who is a Supervisor, who intends to call the Pretoria CBD and find out more infor..awaiting his call..Horrible service Call lasted 21mins
