I bough airtime via the OTA service on Sunday 27 October 2013 and never received the sms with the actual airtime voucher. I tried several times with no luck. Yesterday I went to Edgars Springs and they told me they were unable to assist me I must phone the call centre 0861 788 211 - I tried to phone the call centre yesterday and again this morning but the number only rings and no one answere's the phone. I phoned 0860 112 442 and they told me the same story cant assist must phone the call centre for OTA.
I just phoned the number again and without any success!!! this is very frustrating as no one can help me.
