AIRTIME PIN NOT RECIEVED

I have just attempted to purchase airtime via Edgars OTA I made "3 successful transactions" for R250. Yet I have not received the voucher pin sms's, but I can see that my account has already been charged.

My number is an 082 number that has been ported to 8ta. Please help, your 0861 788 211 doesn't seem to work as well. Please assist I can't call the callcentre, I don't have airtime (thus why I tried to recharge with OTA).
