Edgars OTA is really inconsitent. I didn't get my voucher sent to me on the 13th of october, I complained about it and nothing was done about it. Now a few moments ago this happened for a second time. Now nobody is picking up the phone in the OTA department, the phone just rings for minutes. I didn't get my airtime vouchers, now I'm wasting the airtime I have to get my vouchers. This is ridiculous. I want my two R29 airtime vouchers today. Look at how much I have paid edgars each month for the past 4 years and see if I deserve this extremely bad service.
