I am disgusted by the service i received from Ackermans in Johannesburg Kerk street, firstly when i got to the door the security guard took forever just going through the items i had come to exchange, he was chatting with his colleague and taking his time while i was there during my lunch time. I went on to get the items i needed to exchange and upon getting to the till i was assisted by a lady named Mandisa, she was already tired at 1pm and she was obviously not in the mood to do an exchange as we were almost done with the exchange she told me my change is R19 but unfortunately she can give me that refund unless i produce my fnb debit card as proof that I used it to buy the items in the first place, that irritated me but i was already in the store for an hour and needed to get back to work i took a nail polish she said i must add R1, i had R50 so i handed her the R50, now we had a new problem she doesn't have change and she rudely told me she will never leave her till to go look for change, i must just forget it. DISGUSTING SERVICE is it because of the colour of our skin, Mandisa is rude and so is the guy that came to assist her. I would advise people to go to Ackermans in malls.
