I bought Huggies for my 3 year old who is potty training and I never opened the packet. I stayed a week with the packet of Huggies just to realise that my son does not need the nappies since he is not making mistakes anymore.so I decided to take back the packet of nappies to ackermans so I can have an Exchange so I can take underpants for my boy. I got to Ackermans and the lady who was standing told me I will have to come back because the only person who can help me is receiving boxes (delivery). so I told her I cannot come back because I had to drive to Balfour during my lunch time and I wasn't planning on driving back again and this lady didn't even look bothered. I then decided to look around the store while I wait for the manager and I picked up the stuff I needed so I can do the exchange. The manager took his time so I decided to walk to checkers to buy lunch. When I come back the manager was standing at the tills and he told me I cannot exchange the nappies. He didn't even look interested in what I had to say now I wasted my time, petrol and its insane because these nappies were never opened. Its a pity I have an account with Ackerman's.
