I wanted to exchange a few items I had just paid for and the cashier had made a mistake with the refund. The cashier called the manager to assist. When sonja came to the till she made rude comments about my purchase and instructed the cashier to call someone else to assist because she didn't want to be there because she was too angry. After shout at the cashier about how she messed up especially because it was month end she told the assistant manager she is going to "smack" me. How can this woman be a manager. I have a good mind to sue ackermans for this incident because you cant just threaten customers like she did. Pathetic service. I will not shop at ackermans ever again after this encounter.
