This afternoon I went to Ackermans Phuthaditjhaba inside setsing to activate my card that was sent to me by Ackermans. When I got there I was nicely greeted and directed where to go by the lady security guard at the door. I then went to Mafusis' till to get help where I explained to her that I'm the to activate my card, she asked me to produce an Id that I did, then told her I want to buy a modem then she told me they were finished then I said to her I'll go to the other store but I hope they won't make a fuss that I didn't activate with them, then again I asked her if I will get the simcard from where I will be buying, then she asked me what sim, I told her that the letter said I will receive a sim with R180.00 MTN airtime when I activate my card the she said she is from leave she knows nothing about it, then I asked her to ask a colleague before she continues with the activation. Then she asked the lady on the other till by name of Thembi that was very rude from the onset telling me that they don't have sims my loss, and I asked her not to say that and in that attitude because if they had told me I would have gone to another ackermans store then they asked me what must they do be
