Oh my! never been so humiliated. went to Ackermans to exchange clothes was assisted by Mihloti. one of the things i wanted to exchange i notice that they were on sale. when she exchanged for me i asked her do i get change and she said NO! asked why and she said my previous purchase was R529.79 so my exchange will be of the same amount. i asked her if the sale doesnt apply to the exchange and she never replied. cause it was late i requested for my old and new till slip so that i can go check nicely at home. she gave me the old slip. the security lady who was standing next to us asked Mihloti why doesnt she make a copy of the old slip and she sais i will never do that "ni laba kumu jondisa" meaning i want to show her and she gave me the old till slip. i wasnt happy with the way she treated me, was it because im younger that her that she could humiliate me in front of her colegues? speaking in Tshonga thinking i dont understand it.
