Poor customer service

On friday I went to exchange an infant jacket that I had bought couple of days ago which had a quality issue (the studs were not clinging together to close). Staff member called management Mandisa who had such an attitude, looked at me with a frown from hair to toe and asked for thje till slip which unfortunately I didn't have. But the label on the jacket is Ackermans', she said they were sold out I must take something else, when I got to the cashier she said the jackect is marked down. And she called Praba, I asked if she call nearest branches so I can go there to exchange. She called Mandisa to come deal with me, and she also refused saying she was too busy to enetertain such nonsense story with no till slip, anyway I must go exchange it elsewhere - its not her fault that I don have a till slip. Both these members were so rude and impatient, I've never been so humiliated in my life.
