Last year from October i started buying beddings for the kids from ackermans, mainly church and menlyn, i only bought from one of those. the buying was between October 2012 and January 2013.Unfortunately i lost a receipt, but the items i bougt where still in their original package and the price tags were still there. I went to ackermans in church to exchange the three bedding i bought and get other items. two bedding were exchanged and she refeused to exchange the other one becasue according to her, the bar code is invalid. she mentioned to me that someone has sold that bedding for R219, while it was R30. so she cant exchange the item. I was very offended when she told me that i might have bought the item somehow. she was very rude and very unprofessional. I bought three beddings but one cant be exchanged. she even told me to take the item to the Charity since ackermmans took theirs to a charity, it is R219 that we are talking about. tell me what should i do with the item now. i am not looking for cash since i do not have a receipt but an exchange. i am vvery disapointed that Getrude as a manager she does not know how to treat customers. its beyond my imaginations.
