ON 19/10/13 I WAS DOUBLE DEBITED ON MY CREDIT CARD WHEN THEY WERE TRYING OUT A NEW SYSTEM. I PHONED THE NEXT WEEK AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. I LEFT A MESSAGE AND HE DIDNT BOTHER TO PHONE BACK. THE NEXT DAY I PHONED AND SPOKE TO JOHAN. HE SAID IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM AND I SHOULD CONTACT FNB OR MY BANK. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND THEY SAID HIS ATTITUDE WAS RIDICULOUS. I PHONED BACK AND TOLD HIM. HE SAID I SHOULD EMAIL HIM A COPY OF MY CARD STATEMENT WHICH I DID AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING. HIS ATTITUDE WAS VERY SLACK AND I COULD HEAR HE WASNT INTERESTED. I'M STILL WAITING.
