Since 10/10/2013, I have tried to purchase the Bob Martin Dog Food, from SPAR and was told that stock has not been delivered. I was later told that the supplier cannot supply.
The Manager (Clive) stated that when he does get stock, he cannot give it at the reduced price, should it be delivered after the 20/10/2013.
There was never stock... this amounts to false advertising... what about all the traveling cost incurred???
Is it the trend to Advertise, and then blame the lack of stock on supplier? Sure the CPA protects the consumer against this practice.
Further... You customer complaints line (0860 313 141) just rings... cant even leave a message - DISAPPOINTING!
