I have submitted 4 claims to Liberty Medical Aid starting from 15 April 2013, Valued at more that R4000.
It was supposed to be paid to me 7 to 10 days after that. I even had per-approval for the first claim!

After the claims was approved, I phoned numerous times, and was promised the money would be paid to me starting from the 10th of May.
I even got my Monthly Statement saying the money has been paid to me, and it has been settled on the 10th of May, 17th of May and and 24th of May, but yet, I have received no money. I phoned patiently every week, after realizing he person I spoke to the previous week to me. I spoke to Asha (34918044), Greg (34918044), Jenny-Lee (34938420), each a week apart, each telling me the money will be paid that week. Jenny-Lee even promised me that a team leader will phone me. I am still waiting. Well, 5 and 1/2 weeks, and yet NO MONEY!!! I phoned again today, spoke to Kamla and Dirkie 34994297. WILL LIBERTY EVER PAY ME MY APPROVED CLAIMS! WILL THEY EVER STOP LYING!!!
