I called in 3times this morning to edgars and the first consultant was helping me out and said she would recalculate my account as my installment was to high for my balance. She asked me to stay on the line and I eventually put the phone down after holding over 10 minutes. The 2nd consultant couldn't help me and when I finally phoned for the 3rd time the consultant was so rude while I was explaining she put me on hold, I find edgars to be rude and have bad service.
