I am an account holder at Edgars. Edgars is ripping people off by giving a 6 month account but payable in far less than that in 30 days in some instances. This they say is because they use the highest installment you've had on your account. If you your highest installment was as in my case R914 and you buy something for R350 and your balance happens to be R 250, R600 is due as your next installment cause of your highest installment.
I think this is not right an account that is for 6 months irrespective of the highest installment in your account should be payable as such. Edgars is getting our monies before it is due and charge interest if you do not pay due date and the none stop phoning which I find as almost being harassed as they call non-stop.
I will be paying off my account soon which by the whole balance is due even though some thing I have bought in Nov 2012 on my 6 month plan account.
