I applied for an account at edgars and it was accepted when i went to the branch on pritchard street they referred me to enquiries, there was a queue as long as the river nile and only one consultant assisting a customer, i was sitting there for more than 45 minutes and she was still working with that same client. the other consultants were standing in a group having a conversation and the other one was on his cellphone talking and laughing!!! when i asked whether one consultant is going to help all of us sitting in that long line the lady just shook her head and looked at me... i regret ever applying for the card and they should fire each and everyone that was there because none of them were doing their job... il much rather shop at pep!!! i wish i had checked the consultants names as i would have laid a formal complaint.
